During our delightful four-night stay at Saltauserhof, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Alessia, who made our dining experiences enjoyable despite our limited English. Each morning, we relished a generous buffet featuring fresh bread rolls and homemade juices-perfect fuel for a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. Breakfast started a bit late for our active schedules. In the evenings, we indulged in a five-course dinner that showcased the chef's culinary innovation. The ambiance of the restaurant was refined yet comfortable, allowing for leisurely meals paired with a good selection of local wines. My husband and I found Saltauserhof to be a charming base for both relaxation and exploration.
